Ryan has an extensive background in the construction industry varying from Traffic control, Pipelaying, to now an Estimator here at R-3 Contractors. During his tenure as a student athlete at California State University Northridge he learned discipline, teamwork, how to be a leader and of course how to work hard which is a skill set he brings to the company.
