Monica has been with R3 Contractors since 2020. Although she is new to R3, she has been with the Trumble family since she first came to work for Kennedy Pipeline Company in 1986. Monica is great at multitasking.

She has a strong Accounting background and is an excellent asset to have help Linda out in the office.

Monica’s goals at R3 are to continue in Accounts Receivable / HR Departments and bring new ideas to the team to keep R3 up to date with the newest software and techniques used in the construction industry.

Monica lives in Mission Viejo with her son Ian, daughter Kendall.  She has two dogs, Finn and Igor and a cat named Boris. Her oldest daughter lives in Venice Beach, but spends as much time in OC as possible. On her free time, Monica enjoys staying active. Most recently started taking tennis lessons and playing beach flag football.
