            R3 Contractors is a fully licensed and insured general engineering contractor,
           specializing in servicing podium deck type projects. Located in Southern California, we have
          been in the business for almost thirty years, specializing in high-density projects that depend
         on careful planning and technical skills. This includes installation, maintenance and
        repair of high tech sump pump systems, installation of methane barriers and ventilation
       systems, site clean up, excavation, backfill, fine grading, and connecting utilities to city
      infrastructure.

In the past we have completed many contracts for various municipalities in excess of 3
million dollars. We would like to venture further into the private sector market where our
effort toward quality workmanship would be appreciated. We take pride in our effort to
complete projects correctly in a timely matter, being there when you need us, not just
when it is convenient.
